The Elk Grove Youth Sports Foundation (EGYSF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization created to ensure that all Elk Grove children have an opportunity to be involved in youth sports. Designed to serve children ages five to 12, EGYSF provides annual scholarships for a variety of athletic activities, including soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, basketball, football and cheerleading. The goal is to cover most of the necessary expenses so that every child will have the opportunity to participate, regardless of the family’s ability to pay.
