Northstar Resort Offers the Best Golf Value on the North Shore

This summer, Northstar Resort is making it easier than ever to get out on the golf course with new season pass options, morning and afternoon rates, and affordable lesson options. New this summer is the introduction of an afternoon golf season pass that starts at just $399. The afternoon golf season pass is valid for afternoon play after 12 p.m. this spring and fall, after 3 p.m. this summer, and pays for itself after just six rounds. Golfers can add a shared cart for just $130 more. Unlimited and value season pass options are also available.

Northstar Resort will again feature the earliest twilight golf around the Tahoe-Truckee area beginning at 1 p.m. daily, and for those who want to get nine holes in at the end of the day, a new late afternoon rate will be available for the front nine after 4 p.m. starting at just $35 this spring and fall, and $45 this summer.

For those looking to improve their game, Northstar Resort is an inexpensive option featuring group lessons that include both women’s and co-ed full swing clinics, juniors (under 13) clinics, as well as private lessons. Group lessons are available for just $25 from June through August and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The driving range and pro shop are scheduled to open May 10, and the front nine of the golf course will follow on May 17, weather and conditions permitting.

Those who want to stay and play at Northstar Resort can take advantage of the “Stay & Golf” lodging package. This offer includes lodging, two rounds of golf per person, per two night stay. Guests receive use of a shared golf cart during play and tee times are available daily starting at noon. Unused golf passes can be exchanged for a $25 Northstar Resort gift card.
